About Us
We are a woman-owned creative studio based in Los Angeles, California working with VTubers, streamers, content creators, and digital brands.
Our focus is building internet-native media such as motion graphics, intro videos, creator branding, thumbnails, announcement videos, website visuals, and social media content.

We are a small but growing creative studio that values collaboration, creativity, and initiative. We are looking for individuals who understand online culture and want to grow with a team from the ground up.

This role will start as contract work while we build a workflow together, with the potential for long-term collaboration as the studio grows.

The Role
You will work under and report directly to the Creative Director while collaborating with the Creative Hub team.

This is a part-time, gig-based role focused on supporting social media growth, content research, and community development for both our studio and partnered VTubers.

You will help represent VTubers who are looking for support and growth, assisting in building their online presence and communities. This role also involves contributing ideas, identifying trends, analyzing performance, and helping shape content direction over time.

A strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, VTuber/streamer culture, and ---------- communities is required.

What You Will Be Working On

Projects and tasks may include:

• Managing and posting content for the studio and partnered VTubers
• Repurposing clips into short-form content (TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
• Researching trends in VTuber, streaming, and creator communities
• Analyzing post performance (views, engagement, retention) to improve content
• Assisting with content planning and improvements
• Helping build and organize ---------- communities
• Supporting engagement and interaction across platforms
• Assisting with event ideas, announcements, and community activities

Responsibilities
• Post and schedule content across multiple platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Coordinate with the video editing team to identify, refine, and repurpose clips into high-performing short-form content
• Assist in identifying trends and contribute to content planning, formats, and posting strategies
• Help forecast content ideas and community initiatives based on trends and audience behavior
• Provide input on content and community decisions based on research and performance insights
• Track and review analytics (views, engagement, growth) to suggest improvements

• Help represent and support VTubers through social media and community efforts
• Support ---------- setup, organization, and moderation
• Monitor tone, language, and engagement within communities

• Oversee and support ---------- moderators and junior social media/admin staff
• Establish and maintain standards, guidelines, and community tone for different VTuber and brand communities
• Ensure a consistent and on-brand “vibe” across all platforms and communities

• Assist with planning events, announcements, and community activities
• Coordinate with the Creative Hub team on:

-- advertisements and promotional posts

• Work collaboratively using tools such as Trello and ----------
• Report directly to the Creative Director and follow assigned direction

What We Are Looking For
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
• Familiarity with ---------- and online community management
• Understanding of VTuber, streaming, and internet culture
• Basic understanding of analytics (views, engagement, trends, performance)
• Ability to follow direction while contributing ideas
• Reliable communication in a remote work environment

Formal experience is not required, but strong interest and understanding are important.

Preferred
• Experience managing or posting on social media accounts
• Experience participating in or moderating ---------- communities
• Understanding of trends, ---------- s, and online engagement
• Interest in VTubers, anime-style content, or streaming culture
• Familiarity with platforms like Fiverr or creator marketplaces
• Basic coding or technical skills (e.g., ---------- bots, simple scripts, automation tools) that can support workflow or community features

• Part-time / gig-based (up to 20 hours per week depending on workload)

This role has the potential to transition into a longer-term position based on performance and team fit.

Compensation

Junior Social Media & Community Lead (Entry Level)
• $1.20 – $4.00 USD per hour depending on experience
• Up to 20 hours per week depending on workload

The first 30 days will serve as a trial period to establish workflow and expectations.
Pay increases may be considered later based on performance and long-term collaboration.
