JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a social media coach/VA who can help me create strong content and use AI tools to produce videos that actually look like me for days when I don’t have time to film. I’ve had VAs try this before, and the videos did not look like me and the content didn’t get engagement. I need someone with real experience.
You must also know real estate. If you don’t understand listings, buyers, sellers, local market content, hooks, and how real estate posts actually work, this will not be a fit.
You must know how to use AI video platforms and editing tools. This includes creating videos through AI platforms, CapCut, Canva, or similar programs that can edit, enhance, and replicate my brand look. If you don’t know these tools, please do not apply.
Social media editing is a must. I need someone who can help me produce 15–20 reels per week starting ASAP. You will be paid per reel or video, and you will receive bonuses when your content reaches milestones like 15k, 25k, 50k+ views. The more views your content gets, the bigger the bonus.
You also must be creative. I need someone who can come up with storylines, angles, hooks, and concepts that stand out — not basic templates. You should be able to look at my brand, understand my vibe (loud, elegant, polished), and turn that into engaging content ideas every week.
My goal is high-performing social media content, more views, and major reach. No basic, no generic, no trash content.
You must know how to:
• Create AI videos that actually look like me
• Edit videos in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Come up with creative concepts and storylines for each reel
• Create strong real estate content (listings, lifestyle, market updates, buyer/seller tips)
• Understand hooks, storytelling, trends, and algorithm timing
• Build consistent, on-brand content
• Work across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube
• Produce volume and quality every week
• Match my style and energy
