Role Overview
Raycon seeks an outstanding Social Media CX Associate to be the voice of our brand across social media and digital marketplaces. You’ll manage customer interactions in Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Shop — keeping our tone authentic, our replies quick, and our community supported.

This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you’ll blend customer service instincts with creative communication. When social volume slows, you’ll flex into broader CX support through tickets, voicemail screening, and operation or data entry projects.

Problems You Might Work On
Respond to comments and ---------- across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring every interaction reflects Raycon’s friendly, confident brand voice
Manage customer inquiries, order issues, and reviews within TikTok Shop
Collaborate with Marketing and CX Teams to surface customer insights from social channels
De-escalate customer complaints publicly and privately while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Identify recurring issues and suggest process or policy improvements
Support broader CX operations: manage tickets, screen voicemails, and assist with internal data tasks when needed

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer-facing or social media engagement role (internship experience okay)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Intragram, TikTok) —- experience with TikTok Shop is a major plus
Strong written and communication skills, can type quickly, think clearly, and respond with personality
Comfortable juggling multiple inboxes and dashboards at once
Emotionally intelligent — you can empathize, de-escalate, and make customers feel heard
