Respond to comments and
Manage customer inquiries, order issues, and reviews within TikTok Shop
Collaborate with Marketing and CX Teams to surface customer insights from social channels
De-escalate customer complaints publicly and privately while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Identify recurring issues and suggest process or policy improvements
Support broader CX operations: manage tickets, screen voi
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer-facing or social media engagement role (internship experience okay)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Sheets
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Strong written and communication skills, can type quickly, think clearly, and respond with personality
Comfortable juggling multiple inboxes and dashboards at once
Emotionally intelligent — you can empathize, de-escalate, and make customers feel heard
