JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing business with teams in Australia , UK and the US, and multiple Brands, and we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Full-Time Social Media & Brand Manager to join us.

This is a full-time, long-term role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for our brands across Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Brand Management: Act as the guardian of our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms. Ensure all content, messaging, and interactions are consistent and align with our brand guidelines.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Create and manage a content calendar. Develop a clear strategy for what to post, when to post, and why to post it to achieve our goals.
- Platform Management: Full management of our Instagram, Facebook, and X accounts. This includes:
- Scheduling and posting all content (reels, carousels, stories, static posts, etc.).
- Writing compelling, high-quality, on-brand captions and copy.
- Actively monitoring and responding to all comments and direct messages (DMs) promptly and professionally.
- Engagement & Growth: Proactively drive engagement by interacting with our community, following relevant accounts, and running engagement-focused campaigns.
- Sales Focus: Manage social media as a sales funnel, driving traffic to our website and converting followers into customers.
- Content Collaboration & Editing: Work closely with our videographers and photographers in Australia and the US. You will be responsible for editing raw video footage and photos to create polished, platform-native content (e.g., Instagram Reels, video shorts, etc.).

Requirements & Skills:
- Proven Experience: You MUST have proven, hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio to show us.
- Brand Management Experience: You must demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across multiple digital channels.

Education (Preferred): A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: You don't just post content; you understand the "why" behind every post and how it fits into the larger business and brand goals.
- Excellent English: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills are essential for writing copy and engaging with our community.
- Video Editing Skills: Strong proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) to create engaging short-form videos from raw footage.
- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva or the Adobe Suite for creating graphics.
- Platform Expert: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and X, including their algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Proactive & Reliable: You are a self-starter who can manage your own time, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.

Salary:
We offer a competitive market-rate salary that will be commensurate with your experience and skills.
