Responsibilities
-Content Creation & Design
Create clean, modern, professional graphics using Canva Pro
Follow brand colors (red, black, white)
Repurpose existing content into carousels, reels, and posts
Design promotional posts for tax services and digital products
- Video & Reels Support
Edit short-form videos (Reels)
Add captions, hooks, and transitions
Repurpose longer content into short clips
Research trending formats and adapt them to tax content
- Caption Writing & Optimization
Write engaging, confident, urban-professional captions
include strong hooks and calls-to-action
Use relevant hashtags and keywords
Optimize posts for engagement and reach
-Posting & Scheduling
Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
Post during U.S. peak engagement times
Maintain a content calendar
-Engagement & Growth
Respond to comments professionally
Organize DMs and flag potential leads
Identify warm leads and route them appropriately
Support funneling followers into digital products
-Analytics & Reporting
Track post performance weekly
Provide basic insights (reach, engagement, saves, shares)

Basic CRM awareness (TaxNitro familiarity is a plus)
Requirements
Previous experience managing business social media accounts
Strong written English
Understanding of engagement-focused content
Ability to follow branding guidelines exactly
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Organized and deadline-driven
Available during U.S. posting hours

$4 per hour (non-negotiable to start)
