The MVMT Team at EXP Realty, a top-performing real estate team in New York City, is expanding and looking for a highly skilled Social Media Associate to join our team. With a strong presence in the NYC real estate market, we’re committed to driving engagement and creating meaningful connections through our social media pillars: Education, Empowerment, Entertainment, and Community. If you’re passionate about crafting content that aligns with these pillars and can execute impactful strategies, this is your chance to shape our digital footprint.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of social media management experience.
Bachelor's degree
Passion for social media, staying ahead of trends, and creating innovative content.
Expertise with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency in AI assistive tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Proven ability to independently juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen interest in real estate and community engagement is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the team’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.
Develop and maintain a robust social media content calendar that incorporates the MVMT Team’s social media pillars:
Education: Provide valuable real estate insights and industry knowledge.
Empowerment: Share motivational content to inspire clients, agents, and followers.
Entertainment: Craft engaging and creative content that resonates with our audience.
Community: Highlight our events, team culture, and contributions to NYC neighborhoods.
Build and execute cross-channel social media strategies aligned with team goals.
Lead content ideation, scheduling, and community management for targeted audiences.
Plan and execute social strategies for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and present monthly progress reports with actionable recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable internet connection (50+ Mbps preferred).
Noise-canceling headset for clear communication.
Flexibility to work during EST time zone hours.
Backup power supply in case of power outage
Comfortable being on camera during the entire shift
Can deliver 10 posts per day and make sure to preload posts 1 month advance
