The Role
We're hiring a full-time Ad Campaign Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts. You will be fully responsible for the entire ad strategy, from concept to execution, to effectively reach our unique audience of Black Christian leaders, clergy, and pastors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about both digital marketing and our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Design: Develop and implement comprehensive ad strategies. Designing both static and video ads are preferred but not required.
Ad Management: Set up and manage multiple campaigns on social media platforms like
Technical Implementation: Set up and manage pixels, including conversion tracking, to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Audience Segmentation: Create highly targeted audience segments to reach Black Christian leaders, clergy, and pastors.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing successful ad campaigns with a focus on targeted and retargeted advertising.
Expertise in pixel and conversion tracking is mandatory.
Strong understanding of unique audience segmentations, specifically for the Black Christian community.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
Experience with video editing and design is preferred but not required.
SEO preferred, not required.
