JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE BUSINESS
I run a specialist behaviour support and therapy service working within the NDIS space.

We support:
Children and adults with additional needs
Families navigating behaviour, development, and regulation

We are moving to a Telehealth and assessment-based model, and I’m looking for someone who can consistently bring in qualified NDIS referrals online.


???? YOUR ROLE
???? Your job is to attract and convert NDIS clients through:
Social media content
Paid ads (Facebook/Instagram)


???? RESPONSIBILITIES
???? Social Media (NDIS-focused content)
Create and schedule posts (Instagram focus)
Develop educational content around:
Behaviour support
NDIS funding
Parenting strategies
Maintain consistent posting

???? Content Creation
Use Canva (or similar) to create clean, professional graphics
Repurpose content into reels and carousels
Follow a clear weekly content plan

???? Paid Ads (Meta – Facebook & Instagram)
Set up and manage ad campaigns
Target relevant NDIS audiences (parents, carers, coordinators)
Optimise for leads and bookings
Test creatives and messaging

???? Lead Generation
Drive traffic to:
Booking links
Discovery calls
Service pages

Focus on qualified NDIS enquiries, not just engagement

???? Reporting
Provide simple weekly updates:
Leads generated
Cost per lead
What’s working

???? IMPORTANT
This is NOT just a content role.

???? You must understand:
Lead generation
Conversions
Running ads

? IDEAL CANDIDATE
You:
Have experience with Facebook & Instagram ads
Understand how to generate leads (not just followers)
Can create simple, clean, professional content
Are proactive and can work independently
Bring new ideas and strategies to the business


???? BONUS (HIGHLY VALUED)
Experience in NDIS, disability, or healthcare marketing
Understanding of NDIS language and audience
Experience targeting parents or support coordinators


? HOURS
Part-time (ongoing role)
Flexible, but consistent output required
Must be available for communication and meetings between 9am- 12pm Adelaide time, Monday to Friday.
