I am looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help set up and manage multiple social media brand accounts across several platforms.
This role is focused on execution and admin support, not strategy.
You will be responsible for:
• creating and setting up social media accounts
• claiming the best available handles
• applying approved bios, display names, and profile images exactly as provided
• organizing credentials and login records
• updating account trackers in real time
• helping connect accounts to publishing tools and platform integrations
• following exact SOPs without improvising
• submitting clear daily progress reports
Platforms may include:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• X
• YouTube
•
• LinkedIn
• Reddit
• Snapchat
What I need:
• highly detail-oriented
• fast and accurate
• excellent at repetitive admin/setup work
• comfortable following instructions exactly
• discreet and trustworthy
• organized with trackers, spreadsheets, and credentials
• able to ask questions instead of guessing
• strong written English
This is not a strategy role.
You are not being hired to create brand direction, rewrite bios, or make creative decisions.
You are being hired to execute setup and admin work correctly and consistently.
Important:

• all work must be tracked clearly
• every completed task must be documented

• a full operations manual
• exact brand instructions
• approved bios and profile images
• tracker structure
• daily reporting format
