JOB OVERVIEW

**Position: Social Media Account Operator**

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and technically skilled individual to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, is comfortable working with iPhones and computers, and can follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and operate social media accounts using an iPhone and computer.
- Follow established SOPs and complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Maintain organized records and update tracking spreadsheets.
- Communicate clearly with team members and report any technical issues.
- Maintain account security and keep all login credentials confidential.
- Meet daily performance expectations and follow the assigned work schedule.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience, if accepted by the employer.
- Near-native or excellent spoken English.
- Must own or have reliable access to a compatible JAILBROKEN iPhone with at least 128GB of storage.
- Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer.
- Must be available to work 7 days per week according to the assigned schedule.
- Must be able to work during US Eastern Time morning hours.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be willing to complete a practical skills assessment before hiring.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience managing social media accounts.
- Familiarity with iOS, jailbroken devices, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience using Google Sheets, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Previous experience working remotely with an international team.
