Change Craft is a Sacramento-based strategic communications firm serving government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and political campaigns across California. We are a certified small business and minority-owned business, known for our work in issue advocacy, coalition building, multicultural and LGBTQ+ community strategy, public health communications, and political and public affairs campaigns. We don't just consult; we connect, collaborate, and create alongside our clients and the communities they serve.

We are looking for a Social Listening and Media Analytics Manager to build the measurement backbone behind our campaigns. This is a full-time, remote position. You will design the strategy for tracking what's working, run the listening tools that surface what people are really saying, and turn that data into decisions the team can act on.

Key Responsibilities

Design and own the measurement strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
Configure and run social listening tools to surface trends, sentiment, and emerging conversations
Translate raw data into clear insight briefs and recommendations for creative and growth teams
Build recurring dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership
Partner with content, ads, and email teams to close the loop from insight to action
Continuously test and refine attribution and measurement approaches
What You'll Bring

5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or social listening
Hands-on experience setting up and managing listening campaigns in Sprout Social (required)
Hands-on experience with GA4
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to make data compelling to non-analysts
A demonstrated history of turning insights into action, not just producing reports
Nice to Have

Familiarity with additional platforms such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, or Sprinklr
Experience authoring measurement plans
Experience presenting to executive audiences
SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling experience
Experience with brand health or sentiment tracking programs
