Full-Time Remote | Philippines | Australian Health & Wellness Brand

The Lucy Rose Clinic is looking for an exceptional Organic Social Content Manager to own and grow our entire organic social presence.

We want someone who understands hooks, customer psychology, storytelling, content trends and what makes people stop, watch, engage and take action.

You Will Own
Our organic strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
Identify and launch other channels where appropriate — including Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Groups and emerging platforms
Build and manage the content calendar
Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, CTAs and video scripts
Create Reels, Shorts, carousels, stories, posts and other platform-native content
Repurpose practitioner videos into multiple pieces of content
Create in Canva and edit short-form video
Schedule and publish across all channels
Manage organic community engagement, comments and appropriate DMs
Grow reach, followers, engagement and traffic organically
Analyse watch time, retention, saves, shares, engagement, clicks and leads
Identify what's working, why it's working and what we should create next
Spot trends and opportunities before we have to ask
Continually test new content formats, hooks, platforms and growth ideas

We Want Someone Who
Writes exceptional English
Is genuinely excellent at hooks and copywriting
Understands customer psychology
Knows how content needs to change between TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.
Has strong Canva and video-editing skills
Understands organic social growth, not just paid advertising
Uses data to improve content
Is proactive, creative and commercially minded
Can independently own our social presence rather than waiting for instructions
Ideally has health, wellness, beauty or female-focused brand experience

We want someone who looks at our social channels and thinks: “Here's what we're missing, here's what I'd change, and here's what we should test next.”

You will work closely with our analytics, paid media / SEO / GHL and marketing management team.
