JOB OVERVIEW

We're a European startup. Our habit app is built on behavioural science and it launches in the US this December. Right now our US accounts don't exist at all: no TikTok, no Instagram, no X, no Shorts, no newsletter. You'd be the one starting them.

WHAT YOU'D DO
- Turn approved ideas into finished posts: carousels, quote cards, short-form video edits, story graphics
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok and Shorts
- Handle the community: replies, DMs, comments, polls, question boxes
- Run the newsletter: welcome and weekly sends, the list, the open rates
- Tell us each week what worked. That d ---------- what we make next

WHAT YOU NEED
- Either 2+ years in social media or content production, or a page of your own that you grew past 10,000 followers
- That audience should have been in the US. We don't mind where you live, we mind who was watching
- You can edit short-form video yourself (CapCut or anything similar)
- You can make clean graphics from an existing design system (Canva or similar)
- Genuinely fluent English, written and spoken, because you'll be writing publicly in our voice

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED
Animation or motion design on video. We may never ask for it. It's a real plus if you have it.

HOW IT WORKS
Our Head of Creative owns the strategy and the brand voice. You work out how it lands on each platform. It's mostly execution at the start, and your say grows as you get to know the audience.

WHAT WE COVER
- Every tool and subscription you need
- Bank transfer, and the transfer fees are ours
- Remote, and you arrange your own hours
- The occasional call with a UK-based colleague
