HAIRLOVE is a fast-growing hair wellness brand focused on helping customers achieve stronger, thicker, healthier hair through science-backed supplements and products. We are scaling aggressively across paid media and social commerce channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across Meta Shops, Instagram Shops, TikTok Shop, and Google Business.
This role is not just execution—we are looking for someone who understands how social commerce ecosystems work and can help ensure our products, catalogs, and integrations are fully optimized for growth and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
???? Social Shops Management
Manage and maintain product catalogs across:
Meta
TikTok Shop
Google Merchant Center / Google Business
Ensure all products, variants, pricing, and images are accurate and synced
?? Technical Setup & Optimization
Troubleshoot product feed issues, syncing errors, and disapprovals
Ensure proper integration between Shopify and all social platforms
Maintain clean, organized product data and collections
???? Conversion Optimization
Identify and fix issues impacting product visibility and conversion rates
Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
Monitor performance and suggest improvements
???? Reporting & Insights
Track shop performance and surface key insights
Flag inconsistencies between platforms (Meta vs Shopify vs tracking tools)
???? TikTok Shop Support
Assist with TikTok Shop setup, product linking, and creator integrations
Support product seeding and affiliate setup (if applicable)
Requirements
Experience managing Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, and/or Google Merchant Center
Familiarity with Shopify integrations and product feeds
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Basic understanding of eCommerce conversion and customer journey
Experience with TikTok (organic or shop-related) is strongly preferred
Nice to Have (High Value)
Experience with supplement or beauty brands
Understanding of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads ecosystem
Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale or analytics platforms
Experience working with product feeds and catalog management at scale
Hours & Compensation
Part-time (approx. 10–20 hours per week to start)
Opportunity to grow into a larger role as we scale
