We are looking for an awesome admin / virtual assistants that can work well with Computer in general and with Excel.
We are looking for Summa cum laude, magna cum laude, or cum laude. So someone that is smart and can communicate well, and also knows how to enjoy people.

Work hours is 6 to 10 hours per day

The job will be from 7/8:00 AM to approx. 4/6 PM PHT time (for the training period it will be different and will have a few different deadlines) Yes you can take a break in between.

At the start it will NOT BE exactly 6 to 10 hours a day, it will start with 1 to 4 hours, and in a weeks time grow to 6 to 10 hours daily.

Weekends you will also need to work, but a lot less.

You will be working on preparing of a few excel files and also putting HS codes to products. It is NOT a simple job. Most people can do it, it will look overwhelming at first, but if you practice and get immediate feedback it will get easier in like a week.

We are looking for someone who is smart, can be fast, has attention to detail and go the extra mile when needed. Again you need to be smart.

Someone that can THINK, meaning thinking of how this can be done faster and better. Also see if what you are doing makes sense.

First hours we pay 3 USD per hour. After the first hour the next 10 hours we pay 3.50 Dollars per hour, after the first 10 hours if we both of us d ---------- to continue we will raise it to 4 dollars per hour, if after 100 hours you are happy with the work and we are also happy with what you have done, and you work in our customs main system we will raise it to 5/6 Dollars. After 2 months, we can discuss a pay raise to 5.50 - 7 USD per hour depending on how good you are. If you quit in 2 months or less your pay will be calculated for all hours at 3 USD.
