JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who has previous experience setting up and organizing ---------- communities.
This is a ONE-TIME, PROJECT-BASED position — NOT an ongoing VA position.
I am creating a Credit Repair Education/Academy community on Skool. I already have the majority of the information, content, structure, and examples prepared. You will not be starting from scratch. I need someone who can take the information I provide and professionally build, organize, and set up the Skool community so it is ready for members to join.
Responsibilities will include:
- Set up and properly configure my Skool community
- Organize the Classroom/course sections and modules
- Upload and organize the content I provide
- Set up categories and community sections
- Organize the welcome/start-here area
- Set up membership/access settings
- Help configure the calendar/events area if needed
- Organize resources, documents, links, and training materials
- Make sure navigation is clean and easy for members to understand
- Review the completed community and make sure everything works properly before launch
IMPORTANT: I already have another Skool community/example that shows the general organization and structure I want. I will provide the content and reference materials. I need you to use those materials to build an original community for my business, not simply copy another creator's protected content or branding.
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on experience with ----------
- Must have personally set up or managed a Skool community before
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Good written English
- Ability to follow instructions closely
- Comfortable working independently once instructions are provided
