JOB OVERVIEW

**Title:** Skool Community Manager Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

**Hours:** 10–12 hours per week
**Pay:** $3–$4 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online community called **Resellernomics**.

Resellernomics is a community focused on helping people make money flipping products online (mainly electronics like phones, tablets, and laptops).

Your role will be to help keep the community active, organized, and valuable for members.

**Responsibilities:**

• Help create and post relevant content inside the community
• Assist with engagement posts, discussions, and community activities
• Moderate comments and remove spam
• Alert me if there are negative or problematic interactions in the community
• Help manage community events and calendar updates
• Assist with automations, upsells, and downsells within the community
• Coordinate with our other VA who manages podcast and content distribution
• Help manage digital sales workflows and funnels
• Organize and update spreadsheets used for pricing and device buyers
• Assist with engagement ideas to keep members active
• Help maintain an organized and positive community environment

**This role is perfect for someone who:**

• Is organized and proactive
• Enjoys engaging with online communities
• Can work independently and communicate clearly
• Is comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
• Is willing to learn new tools and systems

**Nice to have (but not required):**

• Experience managing an online community
• Experience with automations or funnel tools
• Experience working with digital products or online courses
