JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-level YouTube editor to take raw trading content and turn it into clean, engaging, and visually sharp educational videos.

Here is an example of the quality of editing i need:

This is not basic cutting.
You need to understand how to hold attention, explain concepts visually, and make content feel premium.

You’ll be working on long-form YouTube videos (8–20 minutes) focused on trading strategies, market breakdowns, and educational content. The goal is simple: make complex information easy to understand and enjoyable to watch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Editing long-form YouTube videos with a strong focus on retention and pacing
Turning trading concepts into clean visual explanations using motion graphics
Adding high-quality animations, overlays, and diagrams to improve clarity
Building strong intros that hook the viewer immediately
Using B-roll, zooms, and cuts intentionally — not randomly
Maintaining a consistent, premium look across all videos

What We’re Looking For

You are NOT a beginner editor
You have strong motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects level)
You understand YouTube retention, pacing, and storytelling
You know how to make educational content visually engaging
You have experience editing for YouTube (ideally in finance, education, or similar niches)
You have high standards and care about detail

Important
We are only looking for high-level editors.
If your work is basic cuts, subtitles, and stock transitions — this is not for you.

You should be able to produce content similar in quality to top YouTube creators in the finance/education space.
