fast-growing e-commerce brand scaling through systematic Meta advertising. We need a designer who understands direct response marketing, not just pretty graphics.
What You'll Do:
Create high-volume static ad iterations based on winning competitor concepts
Design scroll-stopping
Rapidly test multiple variations of winning angles
Work within our Ferrari Framework creative testing system
Required Skills:
Figma (primary design tool)
Canva (for quick iterations)
Photoshop (image editing)
Claude AI (for copy assistance/workflow)
Portfolio showing direct response ads (not brand/lifestyle work)
Must Have:
Experience analyzing and iterating on competitor static ads
Understanding of direct response principles (hooks, benefits, urgency)
Ability to produce 20-50+ ad variations per week
Fast turnaround time - we test aggressively
You're NOT a Fit If:
You focus on "pretty" over performance
You need hand-holding on every concept
You can't analyze what makes competitor ads work
You take 2+ days per static ad
To Apply:
Share your portfolio (direct response ads ONLY)
Show 3 examples of competitor ad iterations you've created
Explain what makes a static ad scroll-stopping in 2-3 sentences
Looking for someone who moves fast, tests systematically, and understands that ugly ads often outperform beautiful ones.
