Schedule: Must be available until 5-6 days per week, 8+ hours per day

Coopers Home Buyers is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in off-market deals, wholesaling, and acquisitions. We are a high-performance team with high standards, and we’re looking for a skilled cold caller who takes pride in their work and consistently produces results.

If you’re confident on the phone, love talking to homeowners, and can generate real leads — we want to work with you long-term.

Position Summary

As our Cold Caller, your job is to speak with homeowners and uncover potential off-market selling opportunities. You will:

- Find out if the homeowner is open to selling
- Build rapport and represent our company professionally
- Ask qualifying questions
- Enter accurate data into our CRM
- Set appointments for our Acquisitions Manager
- Submit 1 lead per day

This role is results-based. We are looking for someone who has a track record of producing quality leads (and ideally deals).

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners daily

Identify motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations

Follow our script while sounding natural and confident

Qualify leads and collect key property details

Set appointments for qualified seller leads

Update CRM notes accurately and consistently

Stay consistent, coachable, and performance-driven

Compensation

Hourly pay $6/hr

Generous bonus for every qualified lead that sells to us

Long-term stability with a growing company

Highly skilled cold caller (not beginner)

Proven track record of generating leads and/or deals

Looking for a long-term position (2+ years)
