JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a talented video editor to join our team and help grow our food brand.

This is a long-term monthly retainer position for someone who enjoys creating high-quality, viral short-form content.

What You'll Do
---Edit 16 short-form videos per month (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
---Recreate the pacing and style of viral food videos using our original footage
---Add captions, sound effects, music, transitions, color correction, and other finishing touches
---Deliver polished, engaging videos that keep viewers watching

We Provide raw footage with a viral reference video for every edit, clear editing notes, and feedback.

What We're Looking For
---Experience editing TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
---Excellent pacing and storytelling
---Strong attention to detail
---Reliable communication
---Ability to meet deadlines consistently
---Willingness to learn and improve with the team

Compensation:
$200 USD/month retainer
Includes 16 edited Shorts per month
Additional videos will be paid separately.
Performance bonuses are available for exceptional work.
Final candidates will be asked to complete a short paid test edit using the same raw footage and reference video. This paid test helps us find the best long-term fit for our team.
