About CONKA:
CONKA is a brain-performance company on a mission to advance human potential. Born from a first-hand experience with the cognitive toll of repeated concussions, CONKA was founded by Humphrey Bodington and Harry Glover — two former rugby players who identified a glaring gap: physical performance gets all the attention, while brain performance gets none.
CONKA is built to change that.
At its core, CONKA is a daily brain-performance system — not a supplement, not a nootropic pill, not a quick fix. The system combines functional liquid shots (CONKA Flow & CONKA Clear), a cognition-tracking mobile app, and an ongoing commitment to scientific research and trials. Every element is built around one philosophy: small, consistent daily inputs lead to measurable cognitive improvements that compound over time.
The Role:
As a Video Editor at CONKA, you'll work directly within our content pipeline — cutting and assembling raw footage from UGC creators and our Founders into polished Meta Ads. Every edit comes with a creative brief from our team, giving you clear direction on objective, format, and feel. Once delivered, CONKA reviews your edit and provides structured feedback. Your job is to take that input and produce work that's ready to run.
This is a per-task role — you get paid for every edit you successfully deliver. The more you take on, the more you earn. Compensation per task is TBC and will be confirmed during onboarding.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Editing raw UGC and Founder footage into Meta Ads
- Producing content that reflects CONKA's positioning — clean, confident, research-led, and human
- Incorporating CONKA review feedback and delivering revisions promptly
- Maintaining consistent quality and fast turnaround across your task queue
What We're Looking For:
- Solid video editing skills
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro
- A strong instinct for short-form content — pacing, hooks, captions, and what makes someone stop scrolling
- An understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices
- The ability to follow a creative brief closely and act on feedback without losing
- A portfolio or showreel of previous edits — short-form or social content preferred
How It Works
1. Apply — Submit your application with a short intro and a link to your portfolio or previous work
2. Trial Task — Shortlisted applicants will be given a trial edit to complete — raw footage, a brief, and a deadline (CONKA will pay you for your time if trial task is accepted)
3. Review — CONKA evaluates your edit against our quality standards
4. Onboarding — Pass the trial and you're in. We'll get you briefed, set up, and ready to go
Perks & Incentives
We believe in rewarding people who show up and perform consistently. Editors who hit and exceed quality KPIs will unlock performance bonuses — additional monetary rewards on top of per-task pay. The better your work, the more you earn.
