JOB TITLE:
Short-Form Idea Finder (YouTube Shorts)

We run YouTube Shorts channels with 1M+, 300K+, and 200K+ subscribers.

We're looking for someone whose only job is finding viral video ideas. You'll go through Instagram and YouTube, find ideas that fit our channels, and rank them from best to worst.

This is not an editing role. You must already have experience finding ideas or doing creative strategy for YouTube Shorts or short-form content.

This is a long-term role. Part-time to start, with the goal of going full-time.
