JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Video Editor to join our workflow. We have a consistent and growing need for high-quality video content, and we are looking for someone who can grow with us.

This role will start as a paid, gig-based trial (1 to 2 videos) so we can see how we work together. If you can deliver great quality and hit the deadlines, this will quickly transition into a consistent part-time role, with the ultimate goal of bringing you on full-time.

The Workflow
We keep things simple. For every project, you will receive:
1. The Raw Footage: All the clips you need to build the video.
2. The Reference Video: A clear example of the style, pacing, and aesthetic we are looking for.

Your job is to take the raw footage and edit it to match the vibe and quality of the reference provided.

What We’re Looking For

- Sharp Eye for References: You can watch a reference video, understand exactly what makes it work (the cuts, the pacing, the audio), and replicate that style using our raw footage.

- Prompt & Reliable: You respect deadlines, communicate clearly, and can turn around projects efficiently without sacrificing quality.

- High-Quality Output: Clean cuts, balanced audio, and a polished final product.

Bonus Points:
We will heavily favor candidates with strong experience in social media video editing. If you know how to make a video catchy and punchy - using strong hooks, dynamic pacing, engaging captions, and trends to hold a viewer's attention - you will stand out immediately.
