JOB OVERVIEW

At Alto Management, our reputation is our greatest asset. Every review influences booking conversion, nightly rates, owner satisfaction, and future business growth.

The Director of Listing Health & Guest Experience is responsible for protecting and improving the health of Alto's listings across Airbnb and other booking platforms. This individual owns the company's online reputation by proactively identifying guest experience issues, recovering negative experiences before reviews are left, pursuing the removal of policy-violating reviews, analyzing trends, and working cross-functionally to improve every aspect of our properties and operations.

This is a customer service role where you will be required to call guests every single day to ensure they are having a great time, or call guests who are unhappy so we can de escalate and provide a solution. You must be comfortable on the phone with customers

This role is both operational and strategic. Success is measured not only by removing negative reviews but by building systems that prevent them from occurring in the first place.

The ultimate objective is to maintain every Alto listing at 4.8 stars or higher and maintain an overall account average of 4.85 or higher by continuously improving guest satisfaction across the portfolio. This is for Airbnb, ---------- , Google reviews, expedia, etc….
