Position Overview
We’re seeking a Virtual Property Management Assistant to join our growing team. This person will support daily operations for our vacation rental portfolio, focusing on reservation management, guest communication, and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage reservations across multiple booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO,
Handle reservation changes, date adjustments, cancellations, and guest modifications.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and property-related questions.
Triage and prioritize maintenance requests — knowing what’s urgent and what can wait.
Coordinate with local maintenance and cleaning teams for efficient issue resolution.
Monitor and report on property status, maintenance updates, and guest satisfaction.
Assist with property listings, descriptions, and photos when needed.
Communicate with owners and guests in a friendly, professional tone.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service (short-term rental experience preferred).
Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and
Experience using OwnerRez or similar PMS systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
