JOB OVERVIEW

Short-Term Rental Operations Team Leader
SunnyBridges Properties is hiring a full-time, STR Operations Team Leader to supervise a team of five people.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ---------- , Airbnb, and Hostaway
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish
• Experience supervising teams and measuring performance
• Strong guest communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating, optimizing, and connecting listings
• Ability to create and organize written and video SOPs
• Ability to train the team and enforce company procedures
• Coordinate the field team and require check-in, check-out, inspection, and maintenance videos
• Verify that field assignments are completed correctly and on time
• Knowledge of reservations, calendars, rates, fees, policies, and channel synchronization
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with daily reporting
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Salary: $800 USD per month + up to $200 in performance bonuses
