About Us
We are a rapidly growing educational content channel focused on everyday curiosity - explaining the fascinating science, psychology, and hidden design behind ordinary things. We create content that makes viewers think "I need to tell someone about this" rather than just surface-level facts.

We post 2 short-form videos daily (90 Second Format), and 3 long-form videos weekly (7 Minute Format), using an AI talking head with professional voiceover. Our content is backed by real research, studies, and expert references to build authority and credibility.

What You'll Be Editing

Short-Form Content (60 shorts/month):
90-second TikTok/YouTube Shorts
9:16 vertical format
Educational/curiosity-driven topics

Long-Form Content (8-12 videos/month):
7:02 minute YouTube videos
16:9 horizontal format
Deep-dive educational content

What We'll Provide You
Pre-recorded AI talking head footage (9:16 ratio, ~1 minute per short)
AI voice over audio already synced to video
Full scripts with B-roll notes and reference materials
Brand kit (colors: gold, blue, dark theme)
Access to stock footage resources
Clear style guidelines and example videos

Your Responsibilities Per Video
Required Elements:

Dynamic, animated captions (fast-paced, engaging style)
License-free background music that matches video energy
B-roll video footage to maintain engagement
Dynamic sound effects/clips for emphasis
Zoom in/out effects on talking head for key ---------- nts
B-roll images where relevant
Color grading for professional, consistent look
Thumbnail creation (shorts and long-form)

Quality Standards:
Maintain consistent brand aesthetic across all videos
Smooth transitions and professional pacing
Audio mixing (music doesn't overpower voice)
Attention-grabbing first 3 seconds
Retention-focused editing (cutting dead space, maintaining energy)

Ideal Candidate Has
Required:

Proven experience editing YouTube Shorts/TikTok content
Portfolio showing talking-head style educational or curiosity content
Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
Understanding of retention editing and platform-specific best practices
Fast turnaround time while maintaining quality
Reliable internet and ability to meet daily/weekly deadlines

Bonus Points:

Experience with AI avatar/talking head content
Knowledge of YouTube/TikTok algorithm and what drives engagement
Understanding of educational content pacing
Experience creating thumbnails
Familiarity with tools like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar

Work Schedule & Volume

60 short-form videos per month (2 per day)
8-12 long-form videos per month (3 per week)
Consistent delivery schedule required
Quick communication response during Philippines business hours preferred

Trial Process

We'll start with a paid trial of 5 short-form videos
You'll receive detailed feedback and brand guidelines
We will build out what the brand will look like and I will take your vision into account.
Successful candidates will move to ongoing monthly engagement
Templates and workflows will be established during trial period

Pay/Salary:

This will be a full-time hybrid pay position. The starting offer is $500/mo. to perform the above metrics. There will be multiple bonus structures discussed in the initial interview. These bonus structures will include hitting metrics like 100k view in first 7 days, 500k views in first 7 days, Over 1M views in first 7 days, Bonuses for every 10k followers/subscribers and these bonuses will be for both platforms. I will share a PDF of this binus structure if you are a final candidate.
