JOB OVERVIEW

I run a marketing agency that partners with clothing and streetwear brands, and I'm looking for a script writer for daily Instagram Reels / TikTok talking-head videos.

What you'll be doing:

Writing 30–60 second direct-response video scripts in a very specific, established voice (I'll provide reference scripts — your job is to match the style DNA exactly: hooks, cadence, tone, structure)
Pulling script angles from a pain-point library I'll give you, plus your own research into the streetwear/e-commerce space
Writing hooks first: every script opens mid-conversation, no intros, no fluff
Working with concepts like AOV, LTV, ROAS, unit economics, retention flows — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to be able to write about them naturally without sounding like a textbook

You're a fit if:

You have real direct-response or short-form scripting experience (UGC scripts, VSLs, talking-head reels for coaches/agencies/e-com)
You can study a creator's voice and replicate it so closely that followers can't tell who wrote it
You understand marketing — not just writing. You know why a hook works, not just that it does
You're consistent: this is ongoing daily/weekly volume, not a one-off project

You're NOT a fit if:

You write polished, corporate, "professional" copy — this voice is raw, spoken, and conversational
You need heavy editing or hand-holding after the first few scripts
You use AI to write everything and hand it in unedited (I will know)
