JOB OVERVIEW

We run an Instagram page built around Mel, a dog groomer character who specializes in doodles. Mel isn't a real person — she's fully AI-generated. Every video is made in Veo 3.

The page is growing and the bottleneck is production. We need someone who can sit down, generate, and deliver finished Reels without us hand-holding every prompt.

What you'll do:

Generate 6–10 finished Reels per week (20–40 seconds each) in Veo 3
Keep Mel consistent — same face, same hair, same salon, same voice, every single video. This is the hardest part of the job and the main thing we're hiring for.
Build scenes around a simple brief we give you: a dog, a grooming problem, a transformation, a product moment
Iterate on prompts until the shot is right. Most usable clips take several generations — that's expected, not a failure.
Assemble clips into a finished vertical Reel: pacing, cuts, captions, sound
Fix the AI tells before delivery — warped hands, morphing dogs, text glitches, uncanny motion. If it looks like AI slop, it doesn't ship.
Deliver in 9:16, ready to post, on a set weekly schedule
Track what works — pull IG insights and our affiliate numbers into a simple weekly sheet so we know which hooks and formats to make more of

What you're NOT doing: no posting (we publish), no writing captions or affiliate links, no customer messages. Produce and report — that's the role.

Tools — we provide everything:

You'll get logins for our Veo 3 access, editing software, and voice tools. You don't need to pay for anything. You do need a computer and internet that can handle generating and downloading video all day.

What we're looking for:

Hands-on Veo 3 experience. Not "I've used AI tools" — actual Veo 3 or Flow output you can show us.
A real method for character consistency across generations. If you know why this is hard, you're the person we want. If you don't, this role will frustrate both of us.
Strong prompt writing — you can describe a camera angle, a lighting setup, and a dog's coat texture in a way the model actually follows
Video editing in CapCut, Premiere, or Resolve — enough to cut, caption, and sound-design a Reel
Taste. You can tell the difference between a video that looks real and one that looks like AI. Most people can't.
Patient and systematic. This job is 80% iteration. Someone who gets discouraged by bad generations will hate it.
Comfortable with basic spreadsheets for the weekly performance report
A few hours of overlap with US Eastern Time
Good written English
Bonus: you know dogs, or you're willing to learn what a badly groomed doodle actually looks like

The setup:

20 hours per week, part-time, long-term
₱28,000 – ₱40,000/month depending on experience, paid twice monthly via Wise
Paid trial project before we commit long-term (details below)
Clear briefs, weekly check-in, no micromanaging

How to apply:

Send us:

Links to AI-generated video you personally made — Veo 3, Flow, Kling, Runway, Sora, whatever. Vertical short-form preferred. Tell us which model and what your prompt approach was.
Your answer to this: How do you keep the same character looking identical across 10 different AI-generated videos? Two or three sentences. We're testing whether you've actually done this.
Roughly how many generations it takes you to get one usable 8-second clip, honestly.
Your available hours in Philippine time.
Start your message with the word "DOODLE" so we know you read the post.

No video samples, no review. We're hiring one person for the long haul, so put a little effort in — we will too.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS (tag these on the listing)
