I'm a real estate agent in Arizona, USA. I film property tours and talking videos and I need an editor who turns raw clips into finished vertical reels for Instagram and TikTok, plus one horizontal YouTube video per week. I run a real estate and credit repair company with a small team from the Philippines I've built over the years. People who work with me stay, I pay on time, and as my content grows, the pay and workload grow with it. This is long term, not a one off gig.

THE STYLE, very specific:
Natural and real, like you're FaceTiming a friend. NOT like AI, NOT like a commercial.

Feminine but professional. Neutral tones, clean fonts. No neon, no crazy stickers, no major effects.

Simple and modern. Short text phrases, one font, no podcast style bouncing captions.

Natural. Real voice and audio stay. Light, subtle sound effects are okay, nothing loud or cartoonish. Minimal transitions and zoom effects, no loud music. When in doubt, do less.

Vertical 9:16, 1080p, 30fps. Most videos have no talking, so the edit carries the video.

THE WORK: 2 to 3 vertical reels per week, 30 to 60 seconds, plus 1 horizontal YouTube video per week. Raw footage through Google Drive, finished videos back within 48 hours. Some videos are in Spanish, you don't need to speak it, you'll place Spanish captions I provide. For a trial paid period itll be paid per video which can be switched to hourly pay, part time or full time.

REQUIREMENTS: CapCut or similar, vertical and horizontal experience, reliable internet, Google Drive delivery.
