JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented, creative video editor to work long-term with a growing female lifestyle and wellness creator with a large Instagram audience.

The majority of the content will be short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, with some content also being used for TikTok and other social platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands what makes social media content engaging — not just someone who knows how to use editing software.

**What you'll do:**

* Turn raw iPhone footage into polished, engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
* Create strong hooks and maintain fast, natural pacing
* Add captions, text, music, sound effects, B-roll, zooms, transitions, and other elements when appropriate
* Understand the creator's existing editing style and learn to replicate it consistently
* Help identify unnecessary parts of videos and tighten edits to improve retention
* Stay aware of current Instagram and TikTok editing trends
* Organize projects and deliver edits consistently and on time
* Make revisions based on feedback

The content focuses primarily on lifestyle, motherhood, wellness, beauty, food, fitness, and everyday life.

**We're looking for someone who:**

* Has significant experience editing Instagram Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts
* Has a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
* Understands current social media trends
* Has excellent attention to detail
* Communicates well in English
* Is dependable and responds well to feedback
* Wants a consistent, long-term position rather than occasional freelance projects

Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar professional editing software is preferred.
