JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable short-form video editor to edit approximately 30 videos per month for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

I will provide the raw talking-head footage. Your job is to turn it into clean, engaging short-form content that keeps people watching while still feeling natural and authentic.

What I’m looking for:

• Clean cuts and good pacing
• Captions/text on screen
• B-roll when it helps tell the story
• Simple sound effects and music when appropriate
• Understanding of hooks and viewer retention
• Experience editing talking-head/personal brand content
• Ability to follow an editing style/reference I provide
• Reliable communication and turnaround times

I do not want videos that are overly edited. I want the content to feel like me talking directly to the viewer, just cleaned up and made more engaging.

Pay: $3–$4 USD per completed video
Volume: Approximately 30 videos per month

This can become consistent long-term work for the right editor, with the opportunity for increased pay as we grow.
