Producer Labs is a music marketing agency in Los Angeles.
Here's how our business works: a brand or record label arrives with a budget and a song, and that budget gets deployed across creators who promote it. We run fan pages and viral campaigns for artists across TikTok, Instagram, and Reels. We're looking for a creative, fast-moving editor to join our team long-term.
Hours (please read): This role is a graveyard shift — you must be online and reachable 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Pacific Time (about 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine time). Please only apply if you can commit to those hours long-term.
We're an early, fast-moving team, so the scope of this role will shift as we grow. It suits someone who wants more on their plate over time, takes on new problems without waiting for perfect instructions, and treats being handed more responsibility as the point, not the burden.
What You'll Do
- Edit 4–6 short-form fan page videos per day (volume depends on the complexity of each edit)
- Create scroll-stopping hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
- Stay on top of TikTok and Reels trends, sounds, and formats, and bring your own ideas to test
- Turn around edits quickly and revise based on feedback from our team
What We're Looking For
- Strong CapCut skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or VN is a plus)
- Experience making fan edits or managing fan pages is a BIG plus
- You understand what makes content go viral: pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, beat syncing
- You're fast, reliable, and comfortable taking direction and feedback
- Stable internet and a computer that can handle daily editing
What You'll Get
- Stable monthly salary, paid on time
- Long-term, full-time role with a growing LA-based agency
- Creative freedom to experiment with trends and formats
- Work with music artists and real campaigns
Hiring Process
1. Send your application with portfolio links
2. Shortlisted applicants complete a short test edit
3. Quick video call with the team
4. Offer and onboarding
How to Apply
Please send:
- Links to 3–5 short-form edits you've made (TikTok, IG, Drive, or YouTube links). Fan edits are preferred if you have them.
- Your fan page or personal page link, if you run one
- Which editing apps you use
- Your available working hours in Philippine time
