About Us:
We’re a fast-moving, product-focused brand scaling rapidly through high-converting short-form content. We’re on the hunt for a top-tier video editor who lives and breathes TikTok, understands platform trends, and knows how to craft 7–30 second ads that stop thumbs and drive sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit compelling short-form video ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and
- Use CapCut, Adobe Suite, or your preferred AI tools to create high-impact edits
- Build powerful hooks in the first 3 seconds to maximize watch time
- Incorporate trends,
- Craft seamless transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and text overlays that align with ad best practices
- Add strong call-to-actions that drive engagement and purchases
- Work with our creative strategist to test, iterate, and optimize for performance
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience creating viral videos (send examples)
- Expert at CapCut, TikTok video editor, and/or Adobe Premiere/After Effects
- Knows the difference between a good edit and a great ad
- Up-to-date with TikTok trends, formats, and viral sound strategies
- Ability to use AI tools (like Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.) to speed up production
- Comfortable editing content for multiple brands and audiences
- Fast turnaround time and great communication
Bonus Points:
- Experience editing UGC-style content for e-commerce
- Background in direct response advertising
- Skills in motion graphics and 3D animation
- Familiarity with paid ad structures and performance data
