JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring Short-Form Video Editors to help us produce a high volume of social media content for a fast-growing U.S. real estate company.

This is an execution-focused role. You'll follow our proven editing system to turn raw footage into engaging short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

You won't be expected to film content, come up with ideas, or make creative decisions. We provide the workflow, examples, and editing style—you simply execute.

We're only hiring a small group of editors for this round. Once all positions are filled, applications will close.

What You'll Do:

* Edit short-form videos in CapCut Pro
* Turn raw footage into polished social media videos
* Follow our editing style and workflow
* Add captions, pacing, cuts, and basic effects as instructed
* Submit completed videos on time

You will not be responsible for:

* Filming content
* Writing scripts
* Brainstorming ideas
* Managing social media accounts

Your job is to produce clean, consistent edits by following our system.

Pay:

**$1 USD per finished minute of edited video**

Examples:

* 1-minute video = $1

* 3-minute video = $3

* 5-minute video = $5

* Paid per completed video

* No earnings cap

* The more you edit, the more you earn

Schedule:

* 100% remote
* Work whenever you want
* No minimum hours
* No fixed schedule

This is a production-based role, not an hourly position.

Requirements:

* Computer capable of editing videos
* Reliable internet connection
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions
* Good English comprehension
* **Active CapCut Pro subscription (required)**

**Important:** You must already have your own CapCut Pro subscription. We do **not** provide, reimburse, or share CapCut Pro accounts.
