JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based social media content agency (Reels to Revenue) producing high-volume short-form content — Reels, TikToks, and Shorts — for personal brands and businesses (fitness, golf, business, lifestyle). We're hiring a skilled, FAST Filipino video editor to join our team long-term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit 12 short-form vertical videos per day (15-60 sec) from client raw clips
- Fast-paced, retention-focused edits: a scroll-stopping hook in the first 1-2 seconds, punch-in zooms, clean cuts, b-roll
- Add animated word-by-word (karaoke-style) captions
- Sync trending audio, ducked under any talking
- On-screen text, stat callouts, and end-card CTAs
- Match our style guide so output stays consistent

YOU MUST
- Be fluent in written English
- Have 1+ year editing short-form content (portfolio required)
- Be FAST — able to produce 12 quality reels per day using presets, templates, and auto-captions
- Be proficient in CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Hit daily deadlines and communicate proactively

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with fitness, golf, business, or lifestyle content
- Your own template/preset library for speed

DETAILS
- Full-time, long-term, ongoing work
- Pay: $25/day (about $550/month), paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
- You will work off our Google Drive pipeline
