JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing content team producing short-form video for founders and brands across multiple industries. We're hiring a FULL-TIME short-form editor who lives and breathes Reels/TikTok.

This is a role for someone who can work FULLY INDEPENDENTLY - you'll own editing across multiple clients at once, manage your own queue, and deliver without hand-holding. We're looking for someone we can trust long-term: as the team grows, you become the person clients rely on behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT:
- Talking-head reels with hook-driven cuts and clean burned-in captions
- Podcast clips cut down into viral-style shorts
- High-retention pacing: punch-ins, b-roll, sound design, motion text

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- Fully independent: you take a brief and come back with finished work, on time, every time
- Reliable across MULTIPLE clients - juggling brands without dropping quality or deadlines
- A reel bank that proves you understand HOOKS and RETENTION, not just cutting
- Fast turnaround (multiple videos per day at quality)
- CapCut Pro / Premiere / DaVinci - we judge output, not software
- Strong English comprehension (you'll work from English briefs + transcripts)
