JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing finance/markets education brand (Bull Market Blueprint – BMB) creating daily content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. We’re looking for 1–2 reliable short form video editors from the Philippines for a long-term role focused on simple but well executed reel cutdowns from long form content.

This is NOT a one off gig. We want someone who can grow with us and edit content every week.

Responsibilities
- Take long form videos (talking-head finance/business content, screen recordings, webinars) and turn them into 20–60 second clips.
- Add clean, readable captions optimized for mobile (we provide references + templates).
- Add basic pattern interrupts: jump cuts, punch-ins, zooms, simple sound emphasis, light B-roll when needed.
- Export in vertical 9:16 format (Reels/Shorts/TikTok ready).
- Work in batches (for example, 10–20 clips from one long video).
- Deliver on time consistently and be responsive on chat during agreed hours.

What this job is NOT
- Not heavy After Effects or complex motion graphics.
- Not cinematic edits or full YouTube documentaries.
- Not random projects; this is ongoing, systemized work.

Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form vertical content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok). Please have links ready.
- Strong sense of pacing for educational / talking?head videos.
- Good English comprehension; you must catch obvious grammar/spelling mistakes in captions.
- Comfortable following a preset/template so you can edit quickly and consistently.
- Stable internet connection and a decent computer for video editing.
- Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (CapCut can be a plus but not as the only tool).
- Experience editing finance, business, or coaching/creator content.
- Familiarity with YouTube/IG/TikTok best practices for hooks, text size, etc.

Work Schedule & Volume
- We are flexible on exact hours as long as deadlines are hit.
- Expect 30–60 shorts per month to start (20–60 sec each), with potential to increase if we’re a good fit.
- Long?term role: we are looking for someone who wants stable, ongoing work.

Salary / Compensation
- Please propose your expected MONTHLY salary in PHP for:
- Part-time: ~20–30 hours/week, 30–60 shorts per month.
- We are open to performance-based increases after the first 1–3 months based on reliability, speed, and quality.

How to Apply
1. Make sure your Onlinejobs.ph profile is complete with your work history and skills.
2. Fill out this short application form (required):
----------
3. In your message here on Onlinejobs.ph, include:
- Subject line: “Short-Form Editor – BMB”
- 2–3 sentences about your experience with Reels/Shorts/TikTok
- Your expected monthly salary (PHP) for part-time

Only applicants who complete the Typeform and share portfolio links will be considered.

We will shortlist candidates and invite them to a small PAID test (1–2 short videos) so both sides can see if it’s a fit before we start a trial month.
