JOB OVERVIEW

Short-Form Video Editor – Reels / TikTok / Shorts

We’re looking for a strong short-form video editor to work with us long-term.

We run a football boot business and create content around professional footballers, rare boots, behind-the-scenes experiences, travel and football culture.

We need someone who can take raw footage and turn it into engaging short-form content.

You must understand:

* Strong hooks
* Storytelling
* Viewer retention
* Pacing
* Music selection
* Subtitles/text
* TikTok, Reels and Shorts
* Current social media trends

We do not want generic over-edited videos full of random effects and transitions.

We want someone who can think like a content creator, not just an editor.

You should be able to receive footage, d ---------- what to keep, what to cut, how to structure the video and make it more engaging without needing constant instructions.

Fast turnaround is important. We are UK-based, so ideally we can send footage in the evening and have an edit ready to review the following morning.
