JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an additional short-form video editor to work alongside our current editor on real estate branding videos for Realtors.

This is a fast-paced, repeatable editing role. If you’re skilled, dependable, and comfortable working with clear systems and deadlines, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Be Editing
• Short-form Realtor branding videos
• 30–90 seconds per video
• Agent-on-camera videos, testimonials, brand stories, and social clips
• You will be given example links showing the exact style of videos you’ll be creating

Pay
• $30 USD per completed video
• Paid per video (contractor role)
• Volume varies week to week

Turnaround Expectations
• All videos must be delivered within 24 hours of receiving footage
• Footage is typically uploaded by 10:00 PM EST
• Final edits must be uploaded by 9:00 AM EST the following day
• Most videos should take 2 hours or less once you understand the workflow
• Timing and reliability are extremely important

Responsibilities
• Download raw footage
• Edit clean, engaging short-form videos
• Use provided music, fonts, and brand guidelines
• Upload final videos to Vimeo
• Upload videos into our video delivery portal
• Communicate clearly if questions arise

Requirements
• Strong, fast, and reliable internet connection (required)
• Ability to download and upload large video files quickly
• Your own computer and editing software
• Available up to 6 days per week if needed
• Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines
• Teachable, humble, and detail-oriented

VERY IMPORTANT – Test Project (Required)

To be considered for this position, you must complete a short unpaid test project.

This is not free work.
This is the next step in the interview process so we can evaluate skill, speed, and attention to detail. We do a high volume of work and cannot train from scratch.
