JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly reliable Video Editor & Posting VA to handle large-scale daily editing and publishing of short-form content across multiple accounts.

This is a high-output execution role. Your responsibility is to turn raw footage into platform-native videos and get them posted accurately, quickly, and consistently.

You will be expected to help process up to 100 posts per day across accounts.
If you are not comfortable working at this volume, this role will not be a good fit.

Core Responsibilities

You will manage the full pipeline from raw files to live posts.

Daily tasks include:

Accessing iCloud folders to retrieve raw video files

Editing videos to match provided references or campaign style

Making content look native to TikTok (CapCut-style editing)

Adding captions, cuts, zooms, timing, and on-screen text

Syncing footage to sounds, music, or voiceovers

Matching lip-sync to audio when required

Finding the correct sound or music when needed

Exporting videos in platform-ready format

After editing:

Remotely controlling company phones from your computer

Uploading videos to the correct accounts

Attaching the correct sound or audio track

Writing or pasting captions and hashtags

Ensuring formatting matches TikTok best practices

Verifying successful upload

Marking posts as completed in the CRM

Technical Requirements

You must be comfortable operating within a structured, high-volume workflow.

Required skills:

Strong CapCut editing skills (mobile-style editing)

Familiarity with TikTok Studio and posting tools

Understanding of TikTok trends and native content style

Ability to work inside iCloud file systems

Experience with remote phone control software

Ability to troubleshoot issues independently

Strong organizational skills across many files and accounts

Comfortable updating spreadsheets or CRM systems

High-speed internet and reliable computer setup

What “Native TikTok Editing” Means

Content should look like it was created inside TikTok itself, not traditional editing software.

You should be comfortable with:

Fast-paced retention editing

Platform-style text overlays

Proper vertical framing

Trend-aligned timing and sound usage

Clean edits that feel authentic, not overproduced
