Short-Form Video Editor (Meta / Instagram Ads)

About us
We're a growth-marketing agency that helps local service businesses win more customers through video. We don't make "videos" for the sake of it — we make content that drives real business results. We're looking for a short-form video editor to become a core part of that engine.

What you'll do
Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels, Instagram, and Meta ad creative) that stop the scroll and make our clients look sharp, credible, and professional. You'll take raw footage and turn it into clean, fast-paced, polished edits — the kind of content that makes a local business look like the obvious choice in their market.

-You have genuinely good taste. You know what looks professional and what looks amateur, and you care about the difference.
-You're creative — your edits have energy and variety, never repetitive or template-feeling.
-You have a strong eye for typography. You know how to use fonts that look clean and modern, not cluttered or cheap.
-You edit with pace and rhythm — fast, engaging, but never chaotic or repetitive.
-You make everything look clean, intentional, and professional.
-You want to grow. You're hungry to improve, open to feedback, and you take direction as a tool to get better — not as criticism.

Nice to have

Experience editing paid social / direct-response ad content (understanding what makes people take action, not just watch).
