Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled short-form video editor to join PureVision Enterprise, a UK-based agency. You'll be editing Instagram Reels and TikTok videos for our brand — content focused on business, entrepreneurship, and the aesthetics clinic industry.
This is a part-time role. You'll receive raw footage filmed on a phone and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping short-form videos ready to post.

What You'll Do:

Edit 10-15 short-form videos per month (30-90 seconds each)
Add captions and subtitles to every video (bold, readable, animated text)
Cut out pauses, filler words, and dead space for a clean, fast-paced flow
Add trending or suitable background music and sound effects
Apply simple motion graphics, transitions, and zoom effects where needed
Deliver in 9:16 vertical format optimised for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Maintain a consistent visual style across all videos
Turnaround time: 24-48 hours per video


What We Provide:

Raw footage filmed on phone (talking head, behind the scenes, day in the life style)
Brand guidelines (colours, fonts, general aesthetic direction)
Reference videos showing the style and energy we're going for
Clear feedback on each edit so you improve over time


Requirements:

Proven experience editing short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software
Strong sense of pacing — you know how to keep viewers watching
Clean caption and subtitle work (not basic auto-captions — styled, timed, and readable)
Reliable internet and the ability to upload and download video files quickly
Can deliver edits within 24-48 hours of receiving raw footage
Good communication — responsive on Slack or WhatsApp


Bonus (Nice to Have):

Experience editing content for personal brands or agency owners
Familiarity with trending Instagram and TikTok styles and formats
Basic thumbnail or cover image design
Experience with colour grading and audio cleanup
Understanding of what makes content perform well on social media
