We’ll start pay-per-edit ($25+ per video), but for the right person, this will become a full-time role with consistent work and bonuses.

My videos are short, punchy, and built for attention on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. I need an editor who can take my raw clips and quickly turn them into polished, engaging content — without losing the style my audience loves.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit short-form videos (under 60 seconds) in my proven style.
• Add captions, effects, zooms, and music that match my current format.
• Keep the personality and energy intact.
• Work fast — I record a lot, and I want more of it published.

Requirements:
• Proven short-form editing experience (send samples).
• Skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.
• FAST turnaround — ideally within 24 hours of receiving footage.
• Strong English communication.
• Reliable internet connection.

Pay:
• $25+ USD per video (rate depends on skill).
• Paid test edit to start — if we both like working together, more edits will follow fast.
• Full-time offer possible after proving speed, quality, and consistency.
