JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented video editor who can be the person who edits the video ads for our Meta Ads clients.

Pay per video - $2USD per video (Each video takes about 15-20 mins to make) - so potential for $6-8/hour work here.

We are a marketing agency, we have over 20 clients who need multiple videos per month, there will be a lot of workload for you.

We do relatively simple video ads using standard B-Roll clips of tree surgeon work, eleven labs AI voiceovers, CapCut captions, and standard CapCut edits and graphics.

The videos are 30-40 seconds long.

When you apply, you must submit with examples of your video editing skills and show proof of work.

The Role:
- Our head media buyer will come to you and request video ads, we have all the content that you need, we just need someone to be able to put it together as a complete ad.
- Media buyer will give you creative strategy in terms of the ad angle you should use, the type of script, the type of video...etc and you should just do the edit, and provide it.
- You get paid for every video you make. We expect them to be made fast, for example, if we come to you on a Monday morning saying we need 5 ads like this, we would like them delivered by Tuesday so we can get them straight into the ad campaigns
- You get paid as soon as a video is made

Requirements:
- Must have video editing experience, we don't want to have to teach you the basics, you must have experience
- Experience using CapCut
- Proof of videos you have made in the past
- Ideally if you are able to do static image ads as well using templates, that would be great.
- Must be able to do captions, transitions, graphics, stickers, add logos..etc

Resources:
- We have examples of us making video ads for you to follow
- We have loads of examples
- We have the content
- We use Claude and AI to generate the scripts

Hours/Timing:
- This is on a pay per video contractor basis, it may make sense to move into a full time role in the future.
- Realistically we will need you between 7am UK time and 2pm UK time which is 3pm PHT to 9pm PHT (around this time)
