JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a fast, reliable short-form video editor who can take long videos (10–60 minutes) and turn them into multiple high-quality Shorts/Reels/TikTok clips.

This is one job to start, but if you perform well, this will turn into consistent weekly work.

Pay & Growth

Starting rate: $3 per hour

Aggressive raises available within 30 days for editors who are reliable, fast, and consistent

I currently have editors finishing videos in under 2 hours, so you must be able to work efficiently

Before starting, you’ll receive 2 hours of paid time to study existing edited videos to match the style exactly.

What You Will Do

Take long-form videos (10–60 mins)

Identify the best ---------- nts, hooks, reactions, insights

Turn them into engaging short clips (10–60 seconds each)

Add clean captions, bold text, simple transitions

Cut out filler, pauses, “umms,” and dead ---------- nts

Deliver multiple shorts per long video

Must deliver within 4 hours after receiving the footage

Must work FAST — reliable 3-hour turnaround

Understand TikTok/Reels/Shorts pacing

Great at finding strong hooks and punchy ---------- nts

Detail-oriented and organized

Open to feedback and correction

Good communicator

Must follow the exact style reference I provide

Must deliver clean, professional cuts (no sloppy edits)

Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut is a PLUS

Must be coachable and consistent
