# Hiring: Short-Form Video Editor & Content Manager (Remote)

We're looking for a creative and reliable **Short-Form Video Editor & Content Manager** to help grow the online presence of a fast-growing clothing brand.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands social media, editing, and what makes videos perform well on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

## Your Responsibilities

### Account Setup

* Create and set up assigned TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts
* Create usernames, profile pictures, bios, and optimize each account for growth

### Content Clipping

* Watch the provided long-form content and identify engaging ---------- nts
* Create **2 short-form clips per week** for each assigned account
* Add captions and optimize each clip for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

### Premium Video Editing

Each week, you will also be assigned **3 videos** that require a higher level of editing.

These edits may include:

* Custom animated captions
* Custom font styles
* Fast-paced cuts
* Creative transitions
* Zooms and motion effects
* Color grading
* Sound effects
* Strong hooks designed to maximize viewer retention

### Content Uploading

* Upload all assigned content to the appropriate social media accounts
* Ensure all scheduled content is posted before **6:00 PM EST**

### Community Engagement

* Spend up to **1 hour per day** replying to comments and engaging with the audience when there is activity.

**All raw footage will be provided. You will not need to film any content yourself.**

# Hours

This is a **results-based position**, not an hourly position.

We're focused on quality, consistency, communication, and meeting deadlines—not tracking how many hours you spend at your computer.

As long as your weekly responsibilities are completed, communication remains active, and all scheduled content is posted on time, your daily schedule is flexible.

# Compensation

We believe in rewarding both consistency and performance.

### Base Pay

**$65/week (paid weekly)** for consistently completing all weekly responsibilities.

### Monthly Performance Bonuses

Performance bonuses are based on the **combined monthly views** across the social media accounts you manage.

* **250,000 views** = **+$50**
* **500,000 views** = **+$100**
* **1,000,000 views** = **+$250**
* **3,000,000 views** = **+$500**
* **5,000,000+ views** = **+$1,000**

Performance bonuses are available only if weekly responsibilities, communication, and posting requirements have been completed consistently throughout the month.

The better your content performs, the more you earn.

# 30-Day Paid Trial

This position begins with a **30-day paid trial period** at **$65/week**.

At the end of the trial, we'll review your overall performance based on:

* Editing quality
* Creativity
* Reliability
* Communication
* Meeting deadlines
* Overall contribution to the growth of the social media accounts
