JOB OVERVIEW

I run a daily TikTok LIVE series called "Mornings with Hakim" a 1 to 1.5-hour live show on Singapore real estate, where viewers ask questions about property upgrading, finances, and market analysis. I need an editor who can turn each LIVE session into 5–10 punchy short-form clips for TikTok, posted same-day.

This is not a traditional editing role. The most important skill is identifying which ---------- nts to clip, the best Q&A exchanges, the sharpest insights, the ---------- nts viewers would share. The editing itself is clean and minimal: tight cuts, remove pauses and filler words, add captions. No sound effects, no trending ---------- s, no flashy transitions.

What You'll Do

Receive raw LIVE recordings daily (provided by me)
Use Claude AI to process transcripts, identify the strongest clippable segments, and draft captions
Cut 5–10 short-form vertical clips per session (1080×1920)
Clean up each clip — remove dead air, filler words ("uh," "um," "right right"), and awkward pauses
Add clean, readable captions
Deliver same-day (morning LIVE ? clips ready by evening)

What I'm Looking For

You are AI-native, you use tools like Claude AI as part of your actual workflow, not as a novelty. I'll want to see how you use AI to speed up clipping decisions, transcript analysis, and content selection
You have a good eye (and ear) for what makes a compelling short-form clip, pacing, hook, payoff
You're reliable on a daily cadence. This is an almost-everyday commitment
Editing software is your choice, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, whatever gets the job done
Experience with real estate, finance, or educational/talk-show content is a plus but not required
