JOB OVERVIEW

I run a US-based content agency producing short-form video for clients in finance/investing, sports & fitness, and founder-led brands. I'm expanding my editor roster - my current editors have been with me for months and get consistent weekly volume.

WHAT YOU'LL EDIT
Vertical raw footage into TikTok/Reels/Shorts videos. Every client is slightly different, so you'll edit a variety of videos.
Each video needs strong hook construction in the first 2 seconds, clean on-brand captions, tasteful sound design, pacing cuts and zooms, and light b-roll/graphic overlays.
Multiple hook variations per video are often required (I'll supply the hook copy).

HOW IT WORKS
I pay per finished video, not hourly - $20-30 depending on complexity, paid weekly via Wise.
One revision round per video is standard.

REQUIREMENTS
- Expert in Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, or CapCut (tell me which)
- Portfolio of short-form work you personally edited
- Clean caption styling and subtle sound design - trending audios are usually added in-app
- Reliable turnaround: 48 hours per video
- Clear written English and proactive communication on Discord
